Analisa Combs is a passionate advocate for incarcerated families, driven by her own personal experiences and a deep understanding of the challenges they face. Married to her husband Troy, Analisa navigates the complexities of maintaining their bond while he serves time behind bars. As a mother of six children, she shoulders the responsibility of providing for her family as the sole breadwinner, all while supporting Troy's educational pursuits and managing the emotional strain of separation.

Having experienced incarceration herself, Analisa empathizes deeply with her husband's journey, recognizing the transformative impact it had on her own life. This shared understanding fuels her tireless efforts to support other families affected by incarceration, aiming to bridge the gap between those inside prison walls and their loved ones outside.

In the face of judgment and misunderstanding from both family and society, Analisa remains steadfast in her commitment to advocating for the rights and dignity of prison families. She founded TROI (Transforming Realities of Inmates Families), a platform named after her husband, with a mission to empower families, break down barriers, and foster opportunities for reunification.

Analisa's unwavering dedication to her cause is rooted in her belief in the transformative power of familial connections. Through her work with TROI and beyond, she strives to ensure that no family is left behind in their journey toward healing and reunification.

• JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES - Facilitating job readiness training, resume building, and job placement initiatives to equip individuals with the skills and resources necessary for sustainable employment and career advancement.
