    THE FOUNDER

Analisa Combs is a passionate advocate for incarcerated families; driven by her own lived experiences and a deep understanding of the challenges they face. As a mother of six, she bears the full responsibility of providing for her family while managing the emotional strain that comes with the impact of incarceration.

Having experienced incarceration herself, Analisa deeply empathizes with others on similar paths, recognizing the profound effect it can have on individuals and their loved ones. This understanding fuels her tireless commitment to supporting families affected by the justice system and bridging the gap between those behind bars and the people who love them.

Despite facing judgment and misunderstanding from both family and society, Analisa remains steadfast in her mission to advocate for the rights, dignity, and reunification of prison-impacted families. She founded TROI (Transforming Realities of Inmates’ Families) to empower these families, break down barriers, and create pathways toward healing and stability.

In addition to her work with incarcerated families, Analisa is passionate about reaching today’s youth. She has begun partnering with junior high schools to speak with students about the real-life consequences of poor decisions—such as getting involved in street life, dropping out of school, teen pregnancy, and entering toxic relationships too young.

Her goal is to educate, inspire, and help young people make better choices before it’s too late.

Analisa’s unwavering dedication is rooted in her belief in second chances and the transformative power of family.

    OUR MISSION

At Transforming Realities Of Inmates' Families (TROI), we are dedicated to supporting families impacted by incarceration and individuals transitioning back into society. Through a holistic range of services—including mental health support, financial literacy, job readiness, and access to vital community resources—we help families rebuild, reconnect, and thrive.

We’re more than advocates—we’re partners in transformation. Our outreach also extends to today’s youth. By partnering with schools, we engage students in real conversations about choices and consequences, empowering them to make informed decisions that shape a better future.

Guided by a belief in second chances and the transformative power of family, TROI continues to expand its presence in schools and communities—ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to heal, grow, and discover new purpose.
